Questions people ask before they pay
What counts as a render?
Each generated document or image counts as one render. It works the same everywhere: one API call, one CSV row, or one webhook event each produce one render. A workflow run over a 500-row CSV uses 500 renders.
What happens if I exceed the monthly limit?
All paid plans can enable overage billing to keep rendering beyond their limit. Basic: $0.020/render, Pro: $0.010/render, Business: $0.005/render. Set a monthly spending cap to control costs. Free tier users need to upgrade to continue.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
What features are included in the free plan?
The Free plan includes 50 renders/month (PNG, JPG & GIF), 3 saved templates, 25 AI credits/month, and full API access. Perfect for testing and hobby projects. Need more? The Basic plan unlocks all features at lower volume limits.

What AI features are available?
Every plan includes ONE monthly AI credit pool: Free 25, Basic 300, Pro 1,000, Business 4,000. It covers everything AI-powered: the Copilot (both template editing and the video timeline copilot), AI video generation, and captions. One instruction, one credit; failed requests are never billed.
Do video renders count toward my render limit?
Yes: images, PDFs, GIFs and video renders all draw from the same monthly render pool. AI-powered actions like AI video generation and captions draw from your separate AI credits pool instead, so a rendered video costs renders and an AI-generated one also spends AI credits.
